NOT AGREEING WITH THESE TERMS WILL PROHIBIT YOU FROM ACCESSING THE WEBSITE OR BUYING ANY PRODUCTS THEREIN.

Any action, claim, dispute, lawsuit or legal proceeding of any kind shall be commenced and shall proceed exclusively in the appropriate court located in Shelby County, Tennessee.

It is understood by you that you are a Customer or Licensee only. Victory will not provide any fringe benefits, insurance, vacation or otherwise upon your becoming a member. Any and all of your family, staff employees and associates shall be bound to the same terms as you under this agreement.

11. Consent

Upon purchasing a course from Victory, you consent to receive emails about content updates, promotions, and various other newsletters. We do not sell or rent your information.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between Victory and you with respect to the subject matter hereof and any representations, promises or agreements (whether oral or in writing) in connection therewith not incorporated herein shall not be binding upon either party. These Terms of Use supersede all prior undertakings, representations, negotiations, promises and agreements (whether written or oral) relating to the subject matter hereof.
